In 2019 the Arena Zagreb, a large multi-purpose indoor arena for sports and concert events located in the Croatian capital, was chosen as the venue for EPP Congress. The multi-day event, planned with over 2,000 participants from more than 40 countries, focussed on effective policies to combat climate change, on empowering the younger generations and the Western Balkans.
Our Implementation
Once again, the focus of our assignment was on the clear visualisation and lining of the location and its various registration, conference and press areas. We paid special attention to the transformation of a rough, functional sports facility into a pleasant and visually appealing congress ambience. From the conception and production of an easy-to-understand wayfinding system to the installation of banners, boards and films, as well as the set-up of various exhibition stands around the event, we were also entrusted with the coordination and supervision of various construction works by local partner companies, which included an imposing XXL film application on the fragile slats of the outer façade above the main entrance.
