In this respect we can cover the complete communication process, from concept to production. ACTIVITY REPORT

Within the framework of a tender procedure we were selected by the Martens Centre (formerly Centre for European Studies) to design their Annual Report, the ACTIVITY REPORT. Our work consisted of selecting pictures from a provided pool of photos including their visual preparation, retouching and colour-management. We created individual page designs and took care of the typesetting. In order to achieve a smooth workflow and meet deadlines we established a clear timetable for the distribution of tasks and content provisioning and for the exchange of PDFs during the numerous correction phases.

Also on the basis of an international tender we were entrusted with the creation of the annual report of the European People’s Party (EPP). According to our high design standards that we also demand from ourselves we created an elegant, quality product with a continuous and appealing page layout and high-quality pictures.

THE ‘EUROPEAN FACTBOOK’

The EUROPEAN FACTBOOK is a regular publication, providing a snapshot of the centre-right political family each year. It is first and foremost a tool, a resource through which one can become acquainted with both national centre-right political parties and actively participate in research, communication and policy formulation. The publication offers insight into the functioning of the EPP family as a whole.

For this nearly 450-page publication we designed the layout including the creation of many European maps and icons, made the typesetting and took care of the production and shipping.

BUSINESS EQUIPMENT

The printed equipment for an international political election congress held in Warsaw comprised specifically: an elegant invitation booklet in six language versions that had been posted to all participants prior to the congress giving useful information about the venue and hotels as well as the detailed congress programme and a reply form. Furthermore we took care of the election manifesto, also designed and produced in six language versions, as well as the stationery, the congress badges in different colour versions according to status and access rights, and finally a cinema ticket for a special film presentation about the history of the polish Solidarnosc Union shown at this event.
