Work Required
The EPP 2014 Election Congress was the largest ever organised by the EPP and involved
more than 3,000 people. Held in the Convention Centre Dublin, one of the iconic landmark buildings on Dublin’s skyline, our
focus was on integrating the newly created, colourful Congress Look and Feel in the building in a prominent and
harmonious manner.
The other extensive task was again to ensure a clearly comprehensible signposting for all participants inside and outside
the venue. For the Dublin Congress we were put in charge of coordinating and supervising the production, transport and setup
of nearly all brand-related goods, as well as the seat signing in the plenary hall.
Our Implementation
We branded large parts of the entrance façade with adhesive foils, created a special designated area outside the building for the accredited press to get the best shots of the arriving Heads of State and Government, equipped the venue with banners and free-standing backdrops up to 20 metres in width, provided accreditation stands for the media representatives, registration stands for the delegates and guests and stands for the distribution of congress documents. We set up voting and press areas and equipped all tables with customised tablecloths.
