Work Required
One of our main tasks was to bring colour and warmth to the extremely sober and cold architecture of the congress centre and to develop a clear and easily comprehensible orientation system. We were furthermore entrusted with the coordination and supervision of production, transportation and setup of the complete congress branding, registration stands, voting and press areas, and the entire seat signing.
Our Implementation
We took care of large-scale banners, tents and truss constructions for the outdoor area subject to all security regulations with regard to wind and weather resistance as well as colourfast prints on different carrier materials. We supervised the foiling of glass façades and aluminium surfaces with adhesive stickers, designed backdrops for the registration area as well as highly decorative freestanding columns. In the plenary hall we built up various seat grandstands, hung large-size circle banners, set up decorative towers on the main stage and equipped all tables with customised tablecloths.
